Capital One is seeking a Business Analysis Manager within the Insights & Analytics team to shape complex analyses into actionable insights for executive leaders. You will lead strategic initiatives, partner across the risk organization, and mentor analysts to strengthen capabilities and drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes rigorous analytics, executive communication, and a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required or in progress with expected completion by start date.
Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative focus preferred.
At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.

Responsabilités

Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
May manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring to retain talent.
Drive improvements in risk management by testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
Manage delivery of business intent, build requirements, and execute against strategy.
Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
Collaborate with Risk Organization and business partners to measure, analyze, and drive risk outcomes.
