Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional analytics/analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration.
• Master’s degree in Business or a quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead and develop 1–2 analysts; coach and mentor associates.
• Drive improvements in risk management by testing hypotheses with rigorous analysis.
• Manage and sequence delivery of business requirements and execute against product strategy.
• Collaborate with Risk Organization and business partners to measure, analyze, and drive outcomes.
