Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analysis to shape strategic decisions and lead analytics across the organization. You will own analytics initiatives, collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance, and guide a team of analysts to produce impactful insights that influence product and pricing strategies.

You will apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to credit risk, marketing, and growth opportunities while coordinating multiple programs and delivering tangible business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 3 years of quantitative analysis.
At least 3 years of qualitative analysis.
At least 1 year of people management.
At least 1 year of project management.
Master’s Degree preferred in Business or quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead strategic business initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Own the business analytics and partner with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance.
Lead and mentor analysts to deliver high-impact insights.
Model pricing and product strategies, and test hypotheses.
Drive marketing insights and customer experience improvements.
Coordinate multiple projects and deliver against the product strategy.
