Job summary

Cintas is seeking anInside Sales professional to expand an existing customer portfolio through proactive outreach and virtual meetings. You will drive weekly quotas using our campaign process, conduct product demonstrations, and manage CRM records to capture all sales activities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, competence in Microsoft Office, and prior sales experience is a plus. A full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training awaits.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet.
• Preferred one year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
• Manage calls and keep accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Close sales confidently after presenting solutions and addressing objections.
• Communicate clearly and actively listen to understand customer needs.
