Job summary

Cintas is seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to expand an existing portfolio through proactive phone outreach and virtual meetings, using our campaign process to identify needs and close deals.

You will conduct product demos, manage CRM records, prepare quotes, and build strong customer relationships to meet weekly targets. The role rewards performance with commissions and ongoing training, with clear career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet skills required.
• Prior sales experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
• Handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Close sales confidently after presenting solutions and addressing objections.
