Job summary

Cintas Corporation is expanding its Outside Sales team and seeks motivated individuals to drive new business within an assigned territory. You will work directly with customers to provide facility-services solutions, supported by a structured training program and a strong commission model.

As an Outside Sales team member, you’ll prospect, qualify leads, and close deals using a CRM, with a focus on weekly quotas and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, proficiency with MS Office and CMS.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably B2B sales, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, pursue, and close new business while meeting weekly goals.
• Provide industry-leading product solutions and hands-on support to customers on day-to-day work needs.
