Job summary

Cintas in Tampa is seeking an Inside Sales professional to grow an existing customer portfolio through proactive phone outreach and virtual meetings. You will conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotes, and close deals to achieve weekly sales quotas.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive communication, and the use of CRM tools to track activities and results. A base salary plus commissions and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet.
• Preferred: 1+ year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
• Call management and sales documentation in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and close deals to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Close sales confidently after presenting solutions and addressing objections.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively and adapt to customer needs.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage customer information and track activities.
