Job summary

Global Ordnance LLC seeks an Inside Sales Support Associate to help develop strong client relationships under the guidance of the VP of Sales and the Project Manager. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and suggest additional products and services.

The role includes administrative duties, trade shows, demos, lead generation, inventory and logistics support, and collaboration across sales teams to articulate pricing and proposals.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; business bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in related industry or equivalent.
• ITAR awareness and compliance with security access to firearms and munitions.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, chat, email, or in-person engagement.
• Provide administrative support to VP of Sales and Project Manager.
• Assist in setting and achieving sales goals and objectives.
