• Interviews customers by phone or in person to take orders.
• Solicits sale of new or additional products.
• Liaison between customer and Codale departments (credit, warehouse, outside sales, management).
• Prepare quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery.
• Follow up on quotations to write orders.
