Job summary

United Rentals is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing rental quotations and establishing new rental and sales accounts.

The position requires exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience multitasking, excellent communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts with customers.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and supplies.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations.
• Generate leads for new business and communicate with sales reps.
• Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
