Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support or customer service
• Lighting, plumbing fixture or appliance product knowledge preferred
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment is a plus
• Salesforce CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations for products and services
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and prospecting efforts
• Provide product/tech information to outside sales to drive sales in utility market
• Maintain customer documentation of product information and solutions
• Oversee and support the full order-to-invoice cycle and ensure timely fulfillment
