Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for our team, with an onsite schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) in Destin, Daphne, Mandeville, Metairie or Pensacola. You will prepare pricing proposals, support bids, provide product and technical information to field reps, and manage the Order-to-Invoice cycle while ensuring HSE compliance and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in sales support or related roles.
• Experience with customer service and order processing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives, supporting efforts to generate sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and resolution of technical or service-related issues.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards are upheld and all corrective actions and field quality reports are managed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned.
