Computers-Unlimited is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant in Billings, MT to learn customer needs and sell TIMS software products and upgrades. You will focus on Industrial Gas & Welding Suppliers, handling quotes, negotiations, and CRM activity, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The role emphasizes superior customer service, product knowledge growth, and collaboration with marketing and support teams. Travel about 25% for events and demonstrations may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service with a complex selling process.
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HubSpot experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients; identify needs and suggest TIMS products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and coordination with support services.
• Grow TIMS knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits.
• Prepare and present quotes; negotiate terms of sale and service agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing; maintain CRM activity.
• Assist with annual users group conference; may present or help with develops presentations.
• This position has no supervisory duties.
