Zusammenfassung

Computers Unlimited in Billings, MT is seeking an inside sales consultant to work with existing customers, learn their needs, and sell TIMS software and system upgrades to Industrial Gas & Welding Suppliers. You will build strong relationships, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and coordinate with support and marketing.

The role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area is preferred; related work experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service with understanding of the complex selling process.
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients. Communicate with customers to identify and understand their needs; identify and suggest products and services that will meet those needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management. Coordinate with support services and other internal groups to ensure commitments are being met, identify additional opportunities for assistance, training and/or other products.
• Continue to grow TIMS knowledge and be able to demonstrate features and benefits.
• Prepare and present quotes. Negotiate process, terms of sale, hardware, software and or service agreements.
• Work with marketing team to offer insight, guidance and feedback. Maintain CRM database activity.
• Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference. Will attend/participate and may present and/or assist with development of presentations.
• This position has no supervisory duties.
