Job summary

Computers Unlimited, Inc. in Billings, MT is seeking an inside sales consultant to work with existing clients, learning their needs and selling TIMS software products and system upgrades, with a focus on Industrial Gas & Welding Suppliers.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and a thorough understanding of TIMS and customers' processes. This exempt position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and involves travel around 25% for trade shows and on-site demonstrations at

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred; related work experience may substitute.
Minimum two years' experience in customer service with understanding of the complex selling process.
Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HubSpot experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams to meet commitments; identify opportunities for assistance, training or other products.
Continue to grow TIMS knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits.
Prepare and present quotes; negotiate terms of sale and hardware, software or service agreements.
Work with marketing to offer insight, guidance and feedback; maintain CRM activity.
Assist with the annual users group conference; may present or assist with presentations.
This position has no supervisory duties.
