Job summary

Computers-Unlimited in Billings, MT is seeking an inside sales consultant to work with existing customers, learn their needs, and sell TIMS software products and upgrades for Home Medical Equipment suppliers. You will focus on customer relationships, quote preparation, and CRM activity while reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to negotiate terms, handle multiple deadlines, and work with the marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related work experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service with understanding of complex selling.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify needs.
• Prepare and present quotes; negotiate terms of sale and service agreements.
• Coordinate with marketing and other teams; maintain CRM activity.
• Grow TIMS knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits.
• Assist with annual users group conference participation.
