Job summary

ProMach is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support our customers with accurate order processing, responsive service, and proactive problem solving.

As part of the Inside Sales team, you will collaborate with engineers and field service to meet packaging performance goals, manage the full order lifecycle, and drive customer satisfaction.

Base salary range $43,680–$74,880 plus benefits; MS Office and WebEx experience preferred, ERP system experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years or more experience in a similar role
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required
• WebEx experience preferred
• ERP system experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through accuracy and expediency
• Provide consistent customer experience through knowledge of processes and product lines
• Increase knowledge through vendor-supplied and internal training
• Oversee the entire order process, including cancellations
• Proactively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns
• Fill orders quickly, evaluating options to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain clear documentation for consistent customer attention
