Qualifications

• 5–8 years of customer service, account management, inside sales, or related experience.

• B2B experience and CRM/ERP familiarity are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue across a defined customer base and territory, meeting targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and engagement.
• Develop opportunities within existing accounts for upgrades, service, and cross-sell.
• Maintain CRM records; provide regular reporting to leadership.
