Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong phone presence and rapport-building abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales motions.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with field sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming leads and convert into sales opportunities.
• Communicate with potential customers via cold calling, email, and online chat to understand needs and recommend products.
• Educate customers on product and service benefits using a consultative selling approach.
• Track and manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities using NetSuite CRM.
• Nurture relationships with existing and previous customers to generate repeat business and upsell.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve post-sale issues through ongoing communication.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, and issues.
• Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and hit targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
