Job summary

Jobtailor in Miami seeks an inside sales professional to identify opportunities, manage the customer lifecycle, and close contracts through remote channels. You will build trust, lead negotiations, and craft compelling proposals while aligning with ERP/CRM and SAP-focused solutions.

You will monitor market trends, report on KPIs, and coordinate with teams to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced digital solutions environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years inside sales experience.
Minimum 3 years in sales, tech or digital solutions preferred.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to close business and manage proposals.
Extroverted, energetic, empathetic, and results-driven.
Proficient with ERP/CRM/Cloud/Analytics tools and MS Office.
Experience preparing technical and commercial SAP proposals.

Responsibilities

Help sales reps identify new opportunities via phone, email, and remote channels.
Build relationships and understand customer needs to offer solutions.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts to hit targets.
Manage the customer lifecycle from negotiation to post-sales activity.
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
Prepare periodic reports on account performance and KPIs.
