Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for an established building materials company in Johns Creek, GA. This onsite role supports full sales cycles and upselling, serving as the communication conduit among customers, architects, designers and distribution partners.

The role offers $50-65k base plus bonus, with travel up to 15%. Requires 1–3 years sales experience in building materials, and a Bachelor Degree. Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in building materials or manufactured products.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience with lead processing and lead distribution.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.
• Understanding architectural specification process for sales to architects and designers.
• Familiarity with building products sales channels and distribution flow.
• Bachelor Degree.
