SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales professional to provide product knowledge and support for drywall industry customers at Lone Star Materials in San Antonio, TX.

The role focuses on taking orders, building relationships, and collaborating with Outside Sales and Sales Managers to drive sales strategy. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and customer service

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Enter orders into the company computer system.
• Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine strategic sales approaches.
• Overcome objections of prospective customers.
• Quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms/reports.
