Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Austin, TX to support bid opportunities with General Contractor partners. You will coordinate bids, review specifications, and work with estimating and operations to ensure accurate, complete proposals aligned with customer needs.

Success will require a strategic, organized approach, strong client service, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction sales, estimating, or preconstruction experience.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors on bid opportunities.
• Strong bid management and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
• Coordinate with estimating teams to ensure timely proposal preparation.
• Review drawings and specs to align bids with project requirements.
• Identify scope and risk issues early and communicate with teams.
• Prepare RFIs and assemble complete bid packages.
• Collaborate with business development, estimating, and operations.
• Support post-bid activities and negotiations with GC partners.
