You will serve as the lead point of contact for account management and work closely with cross-functional teams to align on delivery, pricing, and production planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or business development is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inside sales and customer service activities from initial quotes to growing relationships.
• Lead as primary contact for customer accounts and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Planning teams.
• Coordinate sales orders, forecasting, pricing, and production scheduling to meet customer needs.
• Provide timely delivery updates and assist in receivables when needed.
