Job summary

Chomps is seeking a highly strategic Senior Project Manager to lead跨-category innovation and commercialization initiatives. You will oversee complex programs, shape strategy, and drive cross-functional alignment from concept to launch.

Reporting to the Director of Commercialization Operations, this remote role requires 5–8 years in PM, PMP (or equivalent) preferred, and a track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• 5-8 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross functional projects with high ambiguity and high visibility.
• Expert in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and strategic prioritization.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using project management software and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through complex innovation projects and drive alignment, prioritization, and timely decisions.
• Design and manage complex project timelines (Monday.com) with cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee end-to-end project performance using risk modeling and mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability across teams and escalate barriers to protect launch timing and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align objectives for commercialization of high-moving projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and impact.
