Job summary

Chomps is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑category innovation and commercialization initiatives. You will oversee complex programs through Stage‑Gate, driving timelines, budgets, risks, and cross‑functional alignment with senior leadership.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience in CPG, strong communication, and a track record of delivering on-time results. This is a full‑time remote position with the Chicago office available for in‑person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years experience as a Project Manager in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with high ambiguity and high visibility.
• Expert in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and strategic prioritization.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams through complex innovation projects, driving alignment and timely decisions.
• Design and manage complex project timelines (e.g., Monday.com) and prioritize across teams.
• Oversee end-to-end project performance with risk modeling and mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability and escalate barriers to protect launch timing and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and ensure clear objective alignment for commercialization.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coach and elevate project managers and commercialization team members to strengthen Stage-Gate discipline.
