Champion Home Builders, Inc. in the United States seeks a Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead high-priority projects across Builder Developer and Champion Construction Services. You will align stakeholders, develop governance, and drive adoption of scalable processes and tools.

The role reports to the National Vice President, Builder Developer, and may grow to include direct reports. Travel is required as business demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years leading cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing complex priorities, budgets, risks, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and deployment support.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive execution.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
• Experience in manufactured housing, homebuilding, construction, or related industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic and special projects from definition through implementation.
• Create charters, workplans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for standardization and scale.
• Map processes and design future-state workflows and tools.
• Define requirements, scopes, and change impacts for improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, test, deploy, and sustain new processes and dashboards.
• Manage implementation activities including training, adoption, and post-implementation review.
• Support development of dashboards, KPI reporting, and leadership analyses.
