Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience documenting business requirements and mapping processes.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive execution.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with ERP, BI, or project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and special projects for Builder Developer and Champion Construction Services from definition to implementation.
• Develop charters, workplans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and governance.
• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for standardization and scalability.
• Map current and future-state processes and define implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, test, deploy, and sustain new processes and dashboards.
• Monitor performance, adoption, risks, and dependencies; provide clear recommendations.
