Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead high-priority programs across Builder Developer and Champion Construction Services.

The role partners with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Marketing to drive scalable processes, dashboards, and governance from planning through adoption. The position requires 5+ years of cross-functional project leadership, strong executive communication, and experience with ERP or BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, construction management, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading cross-functional projects, business initiatives, operational improvements, or systems implementations.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, or formal project management training.
• Experience with ERP, project management, workflow, reporting, or business intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and high-priority projects for Builder Developer and Champion Construction Services from definition through implementation.
• Develop project charters, workplans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, governance, success measures, and business cases.
• Partner with CCS and Builder Developer leaders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for standardization and scalability.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows, operating standards, tools, and documentation to improve execution and visibility.
• Define business requirements, project scopes, implementation plans, success measures, and change impacts for operational improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, test, deploy, and sustain new processes, systems dashboards, and operational tools.
