This exempt, full-time role partners with leaders to improve processes, implement scalable systems, strengthen reporting, and drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through adoption. The position aligns stakeholders, manages risks, and provides leadership with clear progress, decisions, and results, reporting to the

Qualifications

• Five or more years leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience documenting requirements and mapping processes.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive execution.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and special projects from definition through implementation.
• Develop charters, workplans, timelines, milestones, and governance.
• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for standardization.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
• Define business requirements and change impact for improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design and deploy new tools.
• Manage implementation activities including testing and training.
• Support dashboards, KPIs, and leadership decision-making.
• Monitor performance, risks, and dependencies; advise on decisions.
