Job summary

Quincy Medical Group in Quincy, IL seeks a Manager of Strategic Initiatives to lead enterprise transformation projects and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable impact. This full-time role requires regular travel to Quincy (2–3 weeks per month) and coordination across divisions.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with Growth Office, Operations, Finance and Clinical teams, and apply project-management best practices to drive efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• MBA or Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans with measurable impact.
• Diagnose business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Growth Office, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams to optimize processes.
• Manage select enterprise projects, including partnerships and KPI tracking.
• Implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Develop demand models and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and provide leadership in execution.
