Quincy Medical Group in Quincy, Illinois, is seeking a Clinical Manager of Medical Specialties to guide operations across Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology and Nephrology. You will lead supervisors, coach staff, and partner with physician leaders to optimize access, quality and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field is required.
• Experience leading multiple departments or multispecialty clinics.
• Strong leadership, communication and change management skills.
• Budgeting, staffing, productivity and performance improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, and Nephrology.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and staff with accountability and teamwork.
• Partner with physician leaders to ensure efficient clinic operations and高-quality care.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement strategies to improve access, productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
• Manage staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient demand.
