Flexport is building the future of global fulfillment, seeking a Staff Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives who will be at the center of transformation. You will design processes, build products, and define standards for scale across functions.

Sitting at the intersection of operations, product, and technology, you will diagnose gaps, prototype solutions, and drive multi-year roadmaps with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy—ideally with high-volume networks.
• Extremely strong technical skillset: SQL (expert), Excel/Sheets (advanced), BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and Python or R for modeling/automation.
• Proven track record designing and implementing scalable processes/products with measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic thinking, linking day-to-day execution to P&L drivers and long-term vision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, acts from scratch, and executes.

Responsibilities

• Architect the future of fulfillment by designing, standardizing, and codifying processes, products, and tools across the network.
• Own initiatives end-to-end: diagnose, design, prototype, and implement solutions; build tooling and dashboards directly.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks, quantify opportunities, and drive cost savings and new service capabilities.
• Be a cross-functional force multiplier: partner with engineering, product, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
• Standardize the network with SOPs, reporting cadences, and KPIs; drive governance and accountability.
• Drive strategic initiatives at scale: lead white-space projects and multi-year roadmaps with senior leadership.
