Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise transformation, enterprise business operations, enterprise strategy, or strategic finance within a technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience establishing enterprise governance, KPI frameworks, and portfolio reporting for a transformation office or enterprise initiative portfolio.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, operating model, growth, efficiency, or technology initiatives in a SaaS or complex global organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition to measurable outcomes.
• Ability to present executive-ready initiative updates with insights, risks, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise framework for operating strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and manage interdependencies and risks.
• Establish dashboards, value realization measures, and executive reviews for transparency.
• Create concise executive updates on progress, insights, risks, and actions.
