Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise transformation or strategy within a technology or SaaS company.
• Experience establishing governance, KPI frameworks, and portfolio reporting.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from definition to measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate analysis into practical execution plans and roadmaps.
• Experience presenting executive updates with clear insights and trade-offs.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across functions.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred; consulting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise framework for strategic initiatives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration and manage interdependencies and risks.
• Establish dashboards, value realization measures, and operating reviews for visibility.
• Create executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
