Qualifications

• Proven cross-functional leadership delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable plans.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise framework for strategic initiatives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, manage interdependencies and risks.
• Establish strategic initiative dashboards and value realization measures.
• Create executive-ready updates on progress, risks and decisions.
• Facilitate sessions that align divergent perspectives into decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and transition plans into ongoing operating rhythms.
