You will drive cross‑functional strategy engagements, mentor strategy talent, and elevate analytical rigor while communicating clear narratives to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy and related fields.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, or adjacent technology markets.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite or senior executives on complex decisions.
• Demonstrated ownership of major strategy engagements from problem definition to activation.
• Exceptional business judgment and commercial acumen with cross‑functional insight.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities including market sizing and financial modeling.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Shape UKG's enterprise strategy and multi-year agenda; translate insights into clear choices and resource implications.
• Provide trusted advisory to the Executive Committee and leaders with structured problem solving.
• Sponsor and lead cross-functional strategy engagements across markets, products, and growth.
• Identify and activate opportunities to accelerate growth and expand margins.
• Set analytical approach for complex questions, including modeling and research synthesis.
• Build coalitions across functions to move from recommendation to decision and execution.
• Distill issues into board-ready narratives and executive-ready materials.
• Represent Corporate Strategy in select industry and market forums to strengthen external perspective.
