DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Senior Manager, Initiative Enablement to partner with the SVP of Store Experience & Design and drive operational excellence across critical initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Marketing or relevant field.
• 7–10 years of experience in roles such as business operations, program management, or strategy consulting, preferred.
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—able to influence without authority.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and evolving priorities.
• Executive presence and discretion when working with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain operating rhythms and communication cadences to support alignment and engagement across the division.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that slow down execution and ensure timely progress across major efforts.
• Develop and refine workflows to improve team efficiency and collaboration; identify gaps and friction points and recommend improvements.
• Support the SVP in preparing for internal and external engagements, including presentation materials and data summaries.
• Maintain visibility across leadership priorities with tracking of commitments, deadlines, and deliverables; coordinate follow-ups across teams.
• Own meeting preparation, management, and follow-up across leadership and cross-functional touchpoints; summarize follow up actions.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders by removing obstacles and resolving issues proactively.
• Hold team members accountable through influence and relationship-building.
