Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a strategic Senior Manager of New Store Readiness & Process Optimization to lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of store readiness across new, relocated, and remodeled locations.

You will translate store design and experiential retail strategies into scalable, cross-banner processes and partner with Planning, Construction, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Inventory to open on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10 years in Process Improvement, Project Management or Retail Operations.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Change Management certifications are a plus.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience with process mapping software are desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve store readiness processes for new, relocated, and remodeled locations.
• Build scalable, repeatable frameworks for execution across banners and store formats.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements to reduce cycle time and costs.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving to impact store readiness outcomes.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable implementation plans for on-time openings.
