QTS Realty Trust in Virginia is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to independently lead strategic projects across the company, partnering with business leaders to define objectives, direct analysis, and drive initiatives from planning through delivery.

You will build executive-ready work products, present recommendations to senior leaders, and apply market data to evaluate opportunities, while guiding cross-functional teams and handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of strategy or management consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using analytical skills to assess programs and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Independently structure and lead strategic projects or major workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Direct quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and influence cross-functional partners to achieve strategic initiative objectives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, stakeholder engagement approaches, and executive-ready work products.
• Present recommendations to senior leaders and incorporate feedback into execution plans.
• Apply QTS, industry, and market data to evaluate opportunities and business performance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to project contributors and handle confidential information with discretion.
