Job summary

AV is seeking a Director of Enterprise Execution & Strategic Initiatives to lead the planning, governance, and execution of complex enterprise initiatives across functions. You’ll translate executive priorities into coordinated, measurable programs and drive adoption and operational ownership post-implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading complex programs or initiatives.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into executable plans and governance structures.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Shape enterprise priorities into executable initiatives with clear ownership and governance.
• Translate objectives into integrated plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accountability for progress across organizational boundaries.
• Establish initiative governance, schedules, risks, issues, and escalation paths.
• Provide executive decision support with concise reporting and clear recommendations.
• Incorporate change management and adoption considerations into execution planning.
• Develop scalable enterprise execution practices and operating models.
• Lead or mentor a team of program/project management professionals.
