Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to the President on strategic, organizational, and operational matters.
• Prepare briefing materials and surface considerations for key meetings and decisions.
• Track commitments, risks, and follow-through across the leadership team.
• Design and manage the division's operating calendar and governance touchpoints.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely status updates to the President.
• Lead and develop the VP's office staff to support the President’s priorities.
