Enterprise Community Partners seeks a VP, Strategic Planning and Initiatives to act as the President's strategic right hand, translating priorities into organized action and coordinating across leadership with discretion and credibility.

The role drives executive advisory, planning design, and operating rhythm, ensuring accountability and timely governance while advancing organizational health and cross-functional effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 15+ years related experience, or a graduate degree with 8–12 years experience.
• Proven experience managing organizational performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience supporting or serving as a chief of staff or senior strategic advisor.
• Ability to manage enterprise-sensitive information with absolute discretion.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
• Change management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as an executive advisory & decision support to the President on strategic matters.
• Lead strategic planning processes and coordinate with leadership for multi-year plans.
• Design and manage the division's operating calendar and governance touchpoints.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely visibility into status and risks.
• Monitor organizational health, culture, and leadership alignment; surface issues early.
