Job summary

Vizient is seeking an AVP of Data & Digital to serve as the enterprise execution leader, translating executive strategy into measurable business outcomes. You will govern the portfolio, drive alignment, and ensure initiatives progress from decision to durable results while partnering with senior leaders across functions.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, establish decision rights, and foster accountability and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles.
• Proven track record driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion.
• Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with senior leaders.
• Ability to operate independently with limited direction with a strong bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated D&D initiative portfolio with an enterprise-wide view of priorities and risk.
• Establish governance frameworks aligning strategy with execution commitments.
• Translate direction into structured execution plans with clear ownership and milestones.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across units.
• Provide concise, high-signal views of initiative health, risk, and tradeoffs.
