Job summary

Michigan Medicine seeks a Project Manager Associate to coordinate a portfolio of FCVC strategic initiatives, leading planning, execution, and evaluation of engagement activities, stakeholder communications, and strategic events.

Working with FCVC leadership, staff, donors, advisory board members, partners, and Michigan Medicine colleagues, the role manages project timelines, develops implementation plans, and ensures successful completion of initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Healthcare Admin, Business, Public Health, Communications, or PM).
• 1–2 years of project, program, event, or operational initiative management.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Planner, Google Drive, Canva, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of strategic FCVC initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare materials, summaries, and recommendations for leadership review.
• Track outcomes and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives.
• Support advisory boards, leadership councils, donor engagement activities, and stakeholder programs.
• Coordinate communications and content development with teams and leadership.
