Virginia Commonwealth University Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive projects across a health system. You will partner with leaders to articulate vision, value and expected ROI, and deliver clear plans with measurable results.

Responsibilities include developing metrics, reporting project status, and supporting strategic initiatives across departments. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, statistics, health care management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects and programs for an assigned department or area.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to define project vision, value and deliverables.
• Develop clear project plans and metrics; regularly report on status and results.
• Provide independent analytical and programmatic support for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate deliverables and support other PMs and sponsors as needed.
