Job summary

Vascular Centers of America is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager/Operations to lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution. Based in Southfield, MI, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team to bring structure, accountability, and clarity to company-wide projects.

The role emphasizes em>otional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in PM or PM certification required
• 3+ years of PM experience in healthcare or multi-site operations
• Proficiency with ClickUp required
• Ability to work with executives, clinicians, managers and staff at all levels

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to understand priorities and growth initiatives
• Build, organize, and optimize workflows using ClickUp
• Create and maintain a company-wide system for tracking tasks, timelines, and owners
• Lead meetings with executives and department managers to ensure alignment
• Facilitate project meetings and capture action items
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to leadership
• Document responsibilities and workflows across the organization
• Develop organizational charts, role matrices, and reporting tools
