Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and synthesize market intelligence to assess competitive positioning.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations informing strategic priorities.
• Maintain performance scorecards and KPIs in collaboration with Enterprise Platforms and the Office of the Customer.
• Lead monthly business reviews with rigor, governance, and timely reporting.
• Develop and socialize the AI roadmap, its governance, and value realization measures.
• Monitor progress against roadmap commitments and communicate risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
