Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on design and development.
5+ years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Experience with Azure cloud platforms, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for design, development, testing, deployment, and support of mission-critical applications.
Establish roadmaps, delivery plans, and engineering strategies aligned to business objectives.
Promote engineering excellence with modern DevOps, testing, and automated practices.
Provide technical leadership across full-stack development, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
Drive AI-enabled engineering initiatives and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data, Risk, and Ops.
