Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including 7 years of leading large enterprise-wide projects.
• Preferred experience in chief of staff, enterprise strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or transformation leadership.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex information into presentations and updates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, determine and drive opportunities to standardize, eliminate waste and improve end-to-end processes to transform Payment Integrity solutions.
• Strengthen operating strategy, roadmap visibility, and alignment across Payment Integrity and enterprise partners.
• Lead strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation and ensure business controls for sustainability.
• Build consensus across organizational areas, lead root cause analysis, identify trends and best practices.
• Create visibility into priorities, budgets, capacity plans, release schedules, risks and dependencies for leadership decisions.
• Plan and manage rhythm of business: leadership reviews, state of the state, all-hands, newsletters, release notes.
